Microwave
- Meals from the refrigerator.
- Ideally you want to Heat your meals to just hot enough. Too long heating will result in meals being dry or tough.
- Each microwave is different, so I recommend starting with one minute, check your meal.
- Cover should be vented or off. Add 30 seconds till desired temperature. Heating slowly is best. Especially soups and dishes with sauces.
- If meals are frozen the best way is to take them out the night before and place them in the fridge overnight.
- If heating directly from the freezer use the same method as above. Start with 2 minutes instead of one.

Oven
Take meals out of the plastic container and put in an oven safe container, Cover the dish with Foil. Oven preheated 325-350. Lower temp less risk of drying out the dish. 8-12 minutes
Air Fryer
Is a great way to reheat meals. Set Air fryer to 350-400, take meals out of plastic containers. Heat for approx. 3-4 minutes
Meals are good in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
